Last year, I ran a half marathon in 2 hours 48 minutes. I decided to get a better grip on my health, and my weight. I lost 40 pound in 6 months. Yesterday, I ran the same half marathon in 1 hour 57 minutes. Can't say how proud I am. Next: the full next year :-)
I regularly do a body blast weight training class at the gym. If I log it as "weight training" in my diary, mfp considers that I burned 167 calories. I know I burned more then that. Did any of you attend such a class and know how many calories you burned?
