Has anyone actually finished the 30 Day Shred? I would love to hear if you actually had results that make it worth doing! I started level 2 yesterday but I get so bored doing it. Calories burned??
So yesterdays and todays workouts were the first workouts that I have used a heart rate monitor with. The heart rate monitor gave me a higher amount of calories burned (between 150 and 200 more) than MFP gives me for the excercise I enter...I am just wondering if I should go with MFP or enter the calories the heart rate…
