So I've been eating clean and working out for almost two years now. I feel like I have not made that much progress, considering how long I've been going on. I was diagnosed with "possible PCOs" a few months back, and I'm starting to think that maybe that is why I have such a HARD time losing weight. Does anyone here…
So, my NET intake today is 1031. I usually eat a snack after dinner, which would put me at a NET of 1200. But I'm just really full right now...Should I make myself eat or just listen to my body and not eat anything?
