How to estimate calories in smoothies?
I go to a smoothie place that is close to my work place that is not a name brand store (like Smoothie King, etc). Children: Why are people having 4+??
I'm not married and I don't have children, but my boyfriend and I live in a very populated city where people feel the need to have 5, 6, 7+ kids.
