Am I losing too fast?
I just started watching my cal intake, I aim for 1200 a day. I also have started 20 min of cardio a day. By "just started" I mean this past Saturday, haha. I'm a 22 year old F, 5'6", and weighed 147.2 lbs on Saturday. Today I weigh 141.8, a 5.4 lb weight loss in 3 days?? Is it just water weight? I do probably get about 5-7…
