Which is better?
I could do a google search, but I'd rather have the options of real people on a message board than a blog of answers. In your honest opinion, which do you think is better: the treadmill or the elliptical?

I want to start weight training--and Zumba!
I really want to get invested with weight training. I feel that I have a significant amount of weight to lose and I think weight training will be good to tone as I'm losing so I won't have to deal with extra skin once I lose weight. Fell off the wagon yesterday...
But today I am right back at it like I never stopped. Kind of like a new slate. I've been thinking of all the potentially wrong things I ate/did over the past couple of weeks and keep that in mind as I push through the New Year and counting. Next year at this time I want to be a totally new person...goodbye, cravings!
