New, mom of 3 young boys- need a buddy!
Hi! I just started doing light exercise and eating right 2 days ago. I'm starting my 3rd healthy day today and I'm already down 2.5 lbs. Is that normal? Not complaining, just in awe. I am currenty 173.6 and need to get down to 145 to be at a healthy weight for my body. Anyway, I could use a friend or two on this journey…
