I started on Monday, 4/4, and I am struggling! I'm possibly in the worst mood of my life, am exhausted, and am so bloated I look 4-5 months pregnant. Needing some support!
I'm down 18 pounds and only 6 pounds from my pre-pregnancy weight and I can't seem to get rid of the belly and love handles. I'm doing Paleo, incline training, and lifting weights. I work out about 4 days a week. Any suggestions? I've just started running to see if that helps tighten my middle section.
