So New Years resolution was to go back to the gym and get in shape. January to August lost approx. 10kg. I'm am very pleased about this. Diet was approx. 2000 kcal. Day. Sunday 3000 kcal. Gym was approx 3-5 times per week. 1 hour intense training. Cardio 1-2 x per week. I didn't really count calories or track progress so…
