Recovering from the Halloween Holiday weekend?
Anyone else indulge in a few too many candy bars and other treats this weekend? For some reason I cant just eat one little candy bar and end up eating like 5! Ugh! How are you all getting back on track? I am thinking salad for lunch and maybe dinner, too!! How about you?
