I need some Insane friends to help keep me accountable for doing the insanity schedule.I did it for about 3 weeks then i gave up. Not this time!! Who wants to be insanity buddies??? Day one DONE!

Running in the cold?
Im not to big on running, i was doing C25K over the summer, but reallly having the urge to go running tonight.. I live in michigan and is about 2 degrees out side.... Any runners out there that live in the cold?? Is it safe to go out in this temperature?
