I'm starting back on my low carb (dr ordered) diet and want to start lifting again. Anyone interested in helping a newbie out on the lifting journey? If so, send me a friend request. I always do better when I have someone to talk about the journey with. Thanks!

Will there be an October basics challenge?
I'm starting back to low carb today (Dr orders) and could really use some accountability friends and people to give me some tips and recipes etc. none of my real world friends Are on a low carb diet so it would be great to meet some folks on here.

Easier in the final 2 sets?
I put this question on my status but thought I would post it in here as well since I'm new to Stronglifts. Why is it the last 2 sets of each exercise seems easier than the first 3? I would think I would be fatigued at that point and it would be harder.

Cardio health
Over the last 3 years as I have ran, I cannot seem to build my cardio health. By that I mean, I never run long enough or walk fast enough that my legs get tired, it is my lungs. 3 years post hysterectomy
I gained 30 lbs the first year after my hysterectomy. I cannot get this weight off. Anyone else have success? Please share.

Juicer recipes?
Anyone have any awesome juicer recipes? I ordered one and will be ready to get it going as soon as it is delivered. Would love to know recipes will be good rather than just throwing things together and wasting fresh produce. Thanks.
