I finished week two today! So far so good. I am going to start week three tomorrow. The mountain cedar is extremely high in south Texas right now so my allergies are killing me. I have been taking my meds and only going out to workout, no hanging outside other than that. Anyone else with outdoor allergies?
I am getting started with the couch to 5K program this week as well as myfitnesspal. Anyone else out there doing the same? How about we check in weekly to keep each other going?
