Nsv - healthy eating
When I came down for breakfast this morning I realised that I haven't eaten anything in secret since starting mfp! No more creeping into the kitchen to eat 500g of milk chocolate!

Are fancy scales worth it?
Is it worth getting fancy scales that do body fat, etc, or should I be looking at something simpler?

Stabilising
I'm very near my target weight (1kg off!). What's the best way to stabilise at that weight?

Which has the right calorie count?
I just got Run Keeper for my phone, and I love being able to see how fast I'm going, etc, but the calories it says I've burned are WAY over what MFP says! Anyone know why? Which should I follow?

How do you decide when to stop?
How did you choose your goal weight? Mine is set at 55kg (121 lbs) because that's the weight I normally return to, and what I weighed throughout high school, but is that a good reason? How did you decide?
