What's your good side?
You how in pictures, sometimes people say...wait,let me turn to my good side and they end up turning the opposite way to the left or right side? Well, what's your good side? Left or right? I tend to do better on the right. Maybe because I'm right handed, but my punches are stronger, kicks are better. Is it just me?

Turbo Fire Confession
1. I'm not a big fan of Stretch 40. :ohwell: 2. I catch myself singing the songs while I'm at work or randomly during the day. 3. I often quote Chalen's impromptu motivational sayings while doing something else....like "You just got your second wind" and burst into laughter! No one else around me would understand or relate.

MFP calories or TF calories?
Which one are you following? I have MFP set at 1500 because the 1200 they suggested was just too low for me and I would get light headed. If I follow TF, it has me at 1800-2000. I have read a great number of opinions stating that with the calorie burn of the TF program, I should be at the higher number.

- The squat you do during your cool down actually feels good. :bigsmile: - Days later you go to sit down and you feel the muscles kind of ache (signs of a good roundhouse) :laugh: Anyone else have any to add?

Fell off bad.....But starting over today!
So glad that I can come to this group for motivation. I LOVE Turbo Fire but had some things going on that derailed me on my journey. But today I woke up and laced up my shoes...starting over at day 1.
