Kombucha
Does anyone drink kombucha tea? I love how it tastes, plus it has B-12 (important for fellow vegans!). It's also supposed to be good for the GI tract since it's fermented, but I haven't looked into that a whole lot. Anyway - who else likes it? My favorite is Synergy brand, the Trilogy flavor. I buy it at Whole Foods.

I have been doing my workouts after work and before dinner, around 6pm. But this week I have a midterm and a meeting in the evening that would push my Insanity time back to quite late. I have struggled with binge eating and bulimia for the last three years. As of today, I have gone three whole weeks without a binge (or purge). I can't even remember the last time I managed to go so many days in a row of just eating normally... I am ridiculously proud of myself right now.
