Today I started the T25 program. Under what would I log in my exercise. I do not have a heart rate monitor so I don't know exactly how many calories I burned.

Day 9
I know it is day 9 for most of you but im on day 11. Level 2 sure did kick my butt! It feels like day 1 all over again :( but now i just have time to improve :)

I know a majority are on day 3 but I started a couple of days earlier before I saw this challenge so it is day 5 for me :) .
