I need suggestions to break a plateau!!! HELP!
I lost 10 and I've been up against a wall.....I have 4 more to go. I log about 36-45 running miles a week and I just started strength training (30 day shred program). Any tips? What's worked for you???????

What's your favorite 30 minute DVD to transform?
Any ideas? I hear great things about p90x but I don't have the time. I need to supplement my running routine with an efficient full-body workout. I should probably build some muscle at this point but don't want to deal with going to the gym. With kids at home, DVD makes sense. HELP?!

HYPOTHYROIDISM...need a little support and tips please!
Attempting to shed pounds with Hypothyroidism (slow thryoid)... I have not had much success in the past with weight loss and have slowly put on the pounds over the last handful of years. Anyone have tips or interested in motivating this little battle? I'm new to MFP. Glad to "friend" for support...

How do you handle LATE NIGHT MUNCHIES?
I am very regimented all day up until the end of dinner. After kids are in bed and I get my second wind, I get the munchies. How do you handle munchies? Looking for advice since I am just starting my program.

Do MIGRAINES interfere with your weight loss intentions?
I suffer from migraines and I know that migraines have derailed my weight loss programs in the past. In the midst of a looming migraine, I reach for instant calories (thinking that the migraine may have been brought on by too little food). Just starting up...is it day 1 for anyone else?
Feeling ahead of the curve starting a few days before Jan. 1. Big plan is to lose about 15 pounds. Need social pressure and some level of surveillance at this point...:grumble:
