Looking for advice. I work in a very fast paced enviroment, Emergency Department, working 12 hour shifts, usually 3 in a row and I maybe sit for 1 hour a day. I feel I burn a far amount of calories but I dont know how to track them. Would it be beneficial for me to wear my polar fitness watch while working? Any advice…
