Every year, I begin again. Will this year be different?
Oh my goodness, this has been my new year's resolution for, well, since I awas about 13 years old. Yes I want to lose weight, yes I want to get fit and yes, if I manage to get there, I want to maintain the weight loss. I feel more of a bungy dieter not a yoyo dieter! COuld do with serious motivation.
