What do you do when you have the moment of .... "I'm not hungry but I think I need to snack"? Right now I drink a full glass of water, or busy myself with something... but looking to others to see what you do when your in the in between moments?

Looking for support - I'm trying to get my inside person to kick the outside person's butt to get in shape - for sometime now these two can not seem to get along. I would like to lose 60 pounds this year, that's only 5 pounds a month.. let's motivate each other/others.
