MFP says 1200 calories a day but if i look up my BMR it says 2200? Which should i go by to still feel energized but still able to lose weight? Thanks!
Hello! I am back here trying this again, i had my son 10 months ago and prior to that pregnancy i was attempting to lose weight with myfitnesspal & i was not around long enough for it to work. So here i am!! Lets do this! 5'6 178 looking to be 145.
