I have lost 16 out :tongue: :laugh: :laugh: of the 45lbs I want to lose. I feel great & my friends tell me I look happier. I have incorporated P90x with Zumba and calisthenics. This has helped me stay limber and strong. :happy: :happy: At work, I run up and down stairs rather than use the escalator. :embarassed: :laugh:
I have been working out to P90x & going to Zumba classes,. I have dropped two dress sizes, & for the first time in months, I feel great. Doing P90x by itself is hard for me due to an old injury from being hit by a car. Has anyone else mixed things up, & received results?
Hello to all, I am approximately 45lbs overweight. I have been trying tho lose the weight forthe last six months. I am working out at the gym, working out at home to P90x, Jillian 30 Day Shred, & some belly dance dvds. I want to feel good about myself again. If there are others who feel the same way, talk to me.
