One small binge per week? Help?
For the past week I've been eating 900-1200, with minimal exercise. But today I ate 500 calories worth of sugary cereal. Do you think it's okay to have a one day a week (1800 or less) binge? I'm trying to work the 500 calories off but I've only burned 126 so far.. I feel awful for eating so much. All responses appreciated…
