Now there's a few of us in the group I thought we could share how much we've lost each week as an incentive to make sure we do lose! I weigh on a Friday but please just post on whichever day you weigh. I lost 3 pounds this week bringing my total loss so far to 30 pounds. Yay!

What mini goal are you working towards?
I have a few weight ones that should help motivate me to shift the next few pounds. 1 more pound gets me to a round 40 lost so far and 3lbs gets me to 3stone lost. 5 lbs gets me under 200 and 6 gets me to under a different stone on the scales. What is motivating you?
Just wondered what other people's motivation is when they're tempted by the naughty food. Firstly for me it's the superficial reasons.
