Please tell me I ain't alone on this...... Does anyone try something on or get weighed.....don't like it...cry maybe....then eat and eat and eat....sometimes while crying also. It seems daft. It's the reason I'm upset in the first place but still carry on!!!

Hi new to this group.....didn't want to admit to myself that I was so big as to need to lose 100lb!!! Finally admitted it at 294lbs! Need so much support and friends and people to kick my *kitten* I'm a professional diet breaker!!! Xx
