HELP! I started off loggindg my food and getting my excercise in...but I'm falling behind again! How do I keep my food log up to date and exciting?? Im sure It doesnt help that we've been going to cake-tasting meetings for our wedding in July! Guilty??!
Hello. I am new to myfitnesspal and Im looking forward to reading the message boards to help me in my weight loss journey. I'm getting married in July and would like to lose 'at least' 20 pounds! I have one question, with my food choices and to lose the most weight, am I watching my carbs or just calories on this ? thanks!
