Since Jan 2nd up intil about 2 weeks ago, I was dropping weight at at pretty good rate, about 2 pounds per week. In the past 2 weeks ive managed to lose .5lb to 1lb. I am still on the same diet and doing the same workouts. Do i need to step up my workouts or this just normal? I am currenlty down total of 15lbs
I joined Jan 2 2013 and have kept track ever since. Currently down 15lbs and 18 away from target goal! I have noticed a slow down on the weight loss now, woundering what i should do differen. I am currently doing 1510 calories a day as reccomended by mfp
