I've had the 30 day shred for months but never actually done it. I'm going on holiday in just under 30 days (yikes!) so was thinking about doing this for a last minute push to lose some of those extra lbs. I've heard mixed reviews so just wondering what people's opinions are? Thanks!
Hi! Never posted before so a bit nervous! I used my fitness pal previously when I joined a boot camp and had great results. After leaving the boot camp I found myself doing less and less exercise and slumping back into my old ways and put the majority of my weight loss back on. So I'm hoping I can get myself motivated…
