I started my weight loss journey as a solid size 26-28, 4x and today I put on a pair of size 20- 22, 2x capri yoga pants!!!! I really think I'll make it to my summer mini goal of a size 16!! I also completed Day 1 Level 1 of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred without stopping to rest!!
