Good morning everyone! I'm just wondering what everyone does for exercise? Do you mix it up or stay with the same routine? I run 3-4 times a week and add in strength training, stationary bike, DVD's, walking/hiking. I just ordered a jump rope and will give that a try when it comes! NSV!
I just signed up for a half marathon!! 9 short weeks ago I had trouble running for 1 minute. 3 weeks ago I completed a 5K. Yesterday I ran 5 miles without stopping. The half marathon is in November, so I will focus on a 10K then a 15K to work my way up. Have a great day everyone!
