I read an article somewhere about roller derby being the hot new workout. You roll around on your skates while doing squats or something. I live in Dallas, TX and I would love to take that class, but I can't find anything about it. Guess it is not in Dallas :sad:
Wanted to say hello and say that a year ago, I gained 30lbs during pregnancy and only lost 10 lbs. So, I have joined a weight management class through my primary physician group and am tracking the heck outta my calories. Now that my son is 13 months old, I want my body back.
