Eating clean - not enough calories for me
Hi everyone Going to try the eating clean approach. Just now I am eating quite healthily but find I am nowhere near my recommended calorie intake for the day (1200) by the end of the day, so I then eat biscuits or junk to push me up to 1200. I did clean eating before going on holiday and felt amazing for it, but not sure…

Joined yesterday, looking for motivation and meal ideas!
Trying to do a shopping list so I can go to the supermarket, it is taking ages! So stuck! So far I have: Porridge and berries for breakfast Rice cakes, cottage cheese, peppers, celery and cucumber for a packed lunch, I hate celery so will need some sort of dip, hummus probably. Dinner - quorn sausage, sweet potato wedges…
