Stop it!!!
At what point do we accept growing old. I keep trying to run like I did 13 years ago, Then it hurts for a week. I have grown to accept that at 300 lbs, walking is exercise, I dont neet to benchpress 400 lbs, and I need to learn how to do some ab exercises. I never had to do those. lol
