I'm a busy mom who works two jobs and has four children, including three with special needs...have had a rough three months (Hurricane Sandy, snowstorm, broken leg, etc.). Getting started on the 80 lbs that seems to have piled on overnight - its overwhelming. Just came back from brunch and see I only have 400 calories left…
I broke my leg the first week of December and can FINALLY put some weight on it. But I'm still on crutches. Any ideas for exercise? I'm a walker/stepper who is down for the count until mid-February.
