Half marathon training & weight loss
Hey guys! I have just signed up for my first half marathon in an attempt to motivate myself back into weight loss. I just wanted to know if anyone had any tips for weight loss and training. Or just wanted to share any pearls of wisdom they have about training for a long distance run. THANKS! :D
