Mom in late 40's trying to kick diabetes butt - pls add me!
Hi! I am motivated to learn how to keep my blood sugar low and to find food that my 4-year old will eat. I am aiming to walk 30 minutes daily and or pool aerobics or Zumba, etc. I have 100 pounds to go, one pound at a time. I'm in the beautiful Northwest and looking for some MFP friends!
