I just got a fitbit. Does anyone feel it does not deduct enough calories for a workout. I do a treadmill for an hour at 4% and 3.5 mph. My treadmill states 420 calories. But fitbit logs 300.
I need to loose 40 lbs. I started 3 weeks ago. Lost 4.5lbs first week. 3.5 2nd and nothing this week. Very depressed about this week. I did everything the same. I am looking for friends and support also. What am I doing wrong?
