Day 1, CONQUERED
I know I was supposed to start with 50, but I was actually able to do 70. I found 50 squats went by fast when I used my GoFit Kettlebell workout. (Summo Squat, Swing Squat) GOOD LUCK LADIES ON YOUR 1ST DAY!!!!!! :happy:

So has anyone taken on any challenges? I am currently going to try the 30 day squat challenge and the 21 day- 100 squat, 100 crunch, 100 push up.
