can someone help me figure out what activity level i should be at on mfp? i have a desk job and i strength train 5 days a week. i originally put low activity and it gave me 1230 calories but i think that's way too low.. help please!! thanks
Okay so I just wanted to get something straight. Myfitnesspal tells me to eat 1300 calories a day. I work out twice a day. Let's say I eat 1300 calories, I work out and burn 500 calories. I would have to eat another 500 calories to make up for the calories I burned, correct???:smile:
