tips to avoid gorging
I'm a nurse I work 12 hours a day usually I don't eat in this time. But when I get home I am ravenous and I want to eat everything And all the time I overeat. Usually I eat three days worth of calories in one night. does anyone have any tips to avoid gorging like this?

just watched that what not to eat video good info but way to long and its mostly about that club wanting you to buy them... yepp so here are the foods to avoid fruit juice concentrated, margarine, whole wheat, processed soy, corn(soy sugar aspartame and canola are bad). you're welcome.
