So I think I get the bit about eating protien when having cabohydrates because this will slow down the absorbtion rate of the carbohydrates so that they don't impact hormones such as insulin and glucose. OK. So I know that you're not supposed to weigh yourself every five minutes but we all do things we're not supposed to do.
