I have a lot to loose and every time I get going good I mess myself up . I loose 30lbs then start doing bad. This cycle has to stop....... I joined TOPS and I am back to MFP . Is anyone struggling with self sabotage? I need help
I run and jogg in the pool I started this on my own because the classes seemed to be more about hanging out at my gym then working out . Dont get me wrong I love to make new friends, my husband says I will talk to anyone. I would love to hear what others are doing in the pool how much they are loosing :happy:
