I will be traveling to Malaysia, KL in May for a month. I was wondering if anyone from there/knows the area, can recommend agood wellness center or best gyms there as I don't wish to stop working out. One month of not working out can put me in a risk of gaining weight.

Mini Goals
How do you set your goals? I divided my ultimate goal into 12 mini goals and I'll be working on each one separately.
