Sledding = how many calories ?
We are going sledding in a bit, I was wondering if anyone would have an Idea of how many calories this will burn, I'm sure I will be towing/ carrying the little ones up the hill at times... I don't have a HRM, and it's times like this I wish I did.. Any input/ help would be greatly appreciated. :smile:

Burning more calories & keeping at 1200
I am having a really hard time this week, I am burning much more calories, But can't/ don't feel hungry enough to eat them up... Today for example, I burned 700 some calories, bow my net is under 600, How am I supposed to get them back up to 1200, when I'm not really hungry, and it's 9pm?

Wondering if I'm crazy..
I'm wondering if I am just imagining things or not.. I have been working out everyday for just over a week, a mix of elliptical & ea active 2 ... My quads were quite sore for a couple of days... But My legs feel strronger when I walk and work out... Am I crazy, or could this be?

Bought EA Active 2 today...
Holy cow! My first time doing EA active 2, was almost as bad as the 30DS was.. I don't know if thats a good thing or a bad thing... lol Anyone else using it? I was wondering how often evreyone else weighs in.. for MFP daily? weekly? I' have randomly stepped on the scale here and there, but was thinking I would weigh in on Monday Mornings, and only track those. Thoughts/ Ideas?
