Can't stop snacking when preparing meals?
How to stop snacking when preparing meals? I end up munching on everything in the kitchen- luckily it's only things like veg, berries, scraps from what I'm cooking... but it's ruining my appetite. Anyone else have this problem? How do I stop?

If I'm doing 6-7 miles a day for the next four days, split into two/three runs, is that too much?

I've been bounding around 110 recently, and for the past few weeks I've been most often 109. Recently I went a week without weighing myself. (Well, more like 5 days or so).
