Carb Cycling -- What's considered "low" and "high"?
I've been watching Extreme Weight Loss on ABC and have done tons of research on Chris and Heidi Powell. I stumbled upon carb cycling and REALLY want to try it. However, I'm having a hard time finding what is considered a "low" carb day? Like 150g/day? What is considered "high" carb -- 200g+? I haven't got the book yet but…
