I feel like I fell the train .... The past week ... Since I'm starting the insanity today ( all or nothing ) should I start over and make a new account or how do I reset it ... I was going off the doctors Scale ... Now I have my own scale I lost two lbs .... What Should I do ????
i been on here for almost 3 weeks and i still havent lost more than the 2 lbs i lost the first week is this normal ?
work out in the AM or Pm ?,,, i love waking up early but lately i havent been able to get up a hr early for workout time before kids wake up ,.... any suggestions :noway:
