Friends who log the bad days
I'm back on MFP after a year pretty much away...and after re-gaining the 30 pounds I lost before. I'm really struggling with not over-eating; I actually go over a lot most days. But I'm working on it, and one thing that helps is logging everything. I'd really appreciate some friends who are in the same boat.

Not making pace for a 5k
I'm hoping to run my first 5k on November 3rd...but I haven't made the pace yet. I am still needing to do intervals of walking and running, and my pace is about 17 minutes/mile.
