Bulk progress
hey guys! I wanted to share my bulk progress- I put on about 35 pounds last year. The photo on the left was taken in March 2013, and on the right is from June 2014- 19.3% body fat and 155 pounds. I went from deadlifting 120 pounds max to 303 pounds. Went from barely strict pressing the bar to strict pressing 110 pounds.…

why is my daily net goal less than my bmr?
Hi- I'm new here and was wondering why my net daily calorie goal is less than my bmr by about 200 calories? Shouldn't I need to eat at least that much simply because I'm moving around during the day? Thanks!

Hi! I just joined today. My goals are to be healthier overall-- better nutrition, add muscle and definition. Really liking the food journal already.
